The Malaysian Salsa Festival is the dream and brain child of Lin Hamid. As head of Linline Sdn. Bhd., Lin has spearheaded the event with verve, vivaciousness and an undying love for Salsa. Beginning in 2006 at Impiana Beach Resort, Cherating MSF ‘06 was a resounding success with over 500 participants from all over the world and extensive media coverage by Channel V, TV3, the Star and New Straits Time! MSF ‘07 at Damai Laut Resort, Lumut was no less successful… We had over 600 international and regional participants PLUS bigger and better quality workshops, performances and parties!
