DEV (Malaysia)

DJ Dev started his career as a Latin DJ in 1997 at “LA CHIVA” while being trained and guided by Oscar Lezama from Colombia. In 1998 Dev was the only Latin DJ in Malaysia and the one who put “EL NINO –KL” on the map - as the one and only place in Malaysia with the best selection of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and much more Latin Music.

After that DEV moved to QBA Bar at the Westin Hotel and was the house/Latin DJ for 5 year. Spinning a great selection of Salsa every day; taking care of local and international dancers’ request. He was also in charge of the Latin America band sound system.

DEV is also a great Salsa dancer, and has helped Pat Calzadilla in the opening of Rtimo Latino dance school back in 2000. He has the groove of a Latin dancer combined with a great passion for Salsa and most of all love for PEOPLE.
