Masaru Toya (Japan)

Toya first heard about salsa in 1980. He stayed in Dominican Republic for two years from 1998 and learned to dance salsa then. His passion for salsa music has resulted in a collection of more than 1000 salsa music CDs.

Toya stayed in Malaysia for three years from 2005 and was a DJ in Havana Estudio, Salsa Havana, Little Havana. He now DJs in Kyoto, Osaka and Nagoya.

Siga salsa is active in Kyoto, Japan. They participated in MSF 2 years ago.

Toya and his team of performers promise MSF an exhillarating performance.
