Josie has been dancing as soon as she learned how to walk, and has an extensive training in Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop and various other dance styles. She will be recognised on the dance floor by her amazing body movement and her flawless technique.

In February 2007, less than 2 years after doing her first Salsa steps, Josie became a member of the Modus Vivendi.

Josie has performed around the world in major events like the Sydney Salsa Congress, the New Zealand Salsa Congress, the Malaysian Salsa Festival, South Pacific Salsa Cruise as well as all major events around Australia.

An amazing competitor,Josie competed in t 2007 Australian Salsa Classic, where she placed 1st in the Teams division and 2nd in the Couple-On2 division. In 2008 she once again placed 1st in the teams division and 2nd in the On2 and in 2009, she is now 2009 Australian Salsa Classic Professional Champion and Australian Bachata teams champion!
